This spice mix gives delicious flavour to pork. Use 1 kg pork in bites, ½ cup olive oil, 1 sp of the mix, 1 onion. Roast and douse with wine. Add salt and water. Let it cook until the water has gone. Serve with rice and potatoes.
Ingredients: Cumin, cloves, sweet and spicy boukovo, mix for grill.
